Going to Convention - Join us on the Bus 
We have a bus to take us to the convention in Houston.  
    Tom Green County Republican Delegates and Alternates,

We are looking forward to traveling together to the Republican Party of Texas State Convention in Houston next week.

Before you can board the bus, you MUST complete the Passenger Agreement and registration form. This is required for every rider with no exceptions. The bus driver will verify that your form has been completed before allowing passengers to board.

  to complete your registration immediately. Do not wait until departure day. The registration system can take time to process, and delays could impact boarding for the entire group.

Arrive By: 9:30 AM
Bus Departs Promptly: 10:00 AM

Return Trip

The bus will depart Houston on Saturday, June 13. Buses will be staged beginning at 4:00 PM and will depart at the direction of the group leader, no later than 6:00 PM.

A Few Reminders

• Complete the Passenger Agreement before departure.

• Bring a valid photo ID.

• Limit luggage to one carry-on and one full-size suitcase.

• Arrive early—late arrivals may need to arrange their own transportation.

I will be at Community Hills Christian Church at 9am on Wednesday with computer in hand for those who need assistance.
